I understand that you are receiving complaints from AOL members who are unbale to access directories on your website. I have provided resolutions below that you may advice Windows users to follow to be able to resolve difficulties accessing your website.

A. Reset Web settings in Internet Explorer
1. Click START, select PROGRAMS or ALL PROGRAMS, then click INTERNET EXPLORER.
2. On the menu bar, click TOOLS, then click INTERNET OPTIONS.
3. Click the PROGRAMS tab.
4. Click RESET WEB SETTINGS.
5. Click YES.
6. Click OK.
7. Click OK to close the Internet Properties window.
8. Click the X in the upper right corner to close the Internet Explorer window.
B. Restore the Internet Explorer Security settings
Note: Please close any Web pages that may be open.
1. Click START, select PROGRAMS or ALL PROGRAMS, then click INTERNET EXPLORER.
2. On the menu bar, click TOOLS, then click INTERNET OPTIONS.
3. Click the SECURITY tab.
4. Click DEFAULT LEVEL, then click OK.
5. Click the X in the upper right corner to close the Internet Explorer window.
